Caroline

Operations Director and Founding member of Home’s Best, Caroline Larkin, has decades of experience in being a Social Worker and working in Social Care, Statutory, Voluntary and Independent sectors. Caroline oversees the running of the agency. She along with the Management Team oversees the day-to-day running of the agency. Caroline meets all the clients and their families as the agency centres its care packages around personal tailored care.

Ann

ann williams

Ann is the Managing Director and Responsible Individual at Home’s Best. Ann works closely with our senior team to line manage and supervise our teams of carers, as well as being a key point of contact for our clients and their families, ensuring the delivery of high-quality home care.

Geraldine

Geraldine is Registered Manager at Home’s Best having previously worked as a Registered Nurse and a social worker. Geraldine is responsible for the day-today line management of the Home’s Best team of carers working across Lancashire. Geraldine is also the key point of contact for our clients and families – working with our Senior Carers to assess needs, create tailored packages of care and to ensure a consistent drive of quality of care across Home’s Best home care services.

Jean

Jean is a retired Registered Nurse. Jean has a lot of care experience and her vast knowledge basis is an asset to her role. Jean works closely with clients, their families and our Care Manager to ensure the effective set-up of tailored care packages. Jean works as part of our senior team to line manage and supervise our teams of carers, as well as being a key point of contact for our clients and their families, ensuring the delivery of high-quality home care.
